This commitment is upheld by our practice of removing insurance companies as intermediaries, granting us the autonomy to provide care that remains free from the influence and restrictions imposed by third-party entities.
Initial Consult/Visit
$350
- Two (2) visits Included
- One 60-90 Minute Initial Visit
- One follow-up visit to review Labs or concerns within the first 30 days of Initial Visit
Options for follow-up after your first 2 visits (Patients choose EITHER membership OR fee for service)
PSE Membership
$130 / month
- Follow-up visits (In-Person or Telehealth).
- All forms of communication between the visits (phone calls, patient portal messaging, emails with the doctor).
- Priority scheduling and flexible appointment times.
- Prior authorizations.
- Interpretation of Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) data in between visits.
Fee for Service Visits
$200 / Visit
- Follow-up visits (In-Person or Telehealth).
Additional Costs between the visits
*Fee of $50 dollars is charged for every 15 minutes of time spent on services between visits
- All forms of communication between the visits (Phone calls, Patient portal messaging, emails with the doctor).
- Prior authorizations.
- Interpretation of Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) data in between visits
